Creating Your Account

Creating an account takes under two minutes. Here is exactly what to do.

Steps

1. Go to crafterby.com and click Sign Up in the top navigation.
2. Enter your name, email address, and a password. Your password must be at least 8 characters.
3. Check your inbox for a verification email from CrafterBy. Click the link inside to confirm your address. If you do not see it within two minutes, check your spam folder.
4. Return to crafterby.com and log in with your email and password.

After you log in for the first time

You will be taken through a short setup flow where you create your first organization -- a workspace for your business. This is covered in the next article, Setting Up Your Organization.

Logging in on future visits

Go to crafterby.com and click Log In. Enter your email and password. If you forget your password, use the Forgot password? link on the login page to receive a reset email.

One account, multiple businesses

A single CrafterBy account can belong to multiple organizations. If you run two separate businesses -- for example, a jewellery studio and a leather goods workshop -- you create one organization for each. You switch between them without logging out. See Switching Between Organizations for details.
