Billing and Plans
Billing settings are only accessible to organization Owners. Admins and Members cannot view or change billing information.
Finding your billing settings
Go to Settings > Billing. This page shows your current plan, your next billing date, and your payment method.
Plan tiers
CrafterBy offers several plan tiers. The available features and limits per tier are shown on the billing page and on the pricing page at crafterby.com. Broadly:
- Free -- limited number of products and materials. Suitable for testing or very small catalogues.
- Starter -- expanded limits for materials, products, and orders. Suitable for a single-person business with a growing catalogue.
- Pro -- higher or unlimited limits across all resources. Suitable for larger operations or businesses with multiple team members.
Check the billing page for the current limits on your plan.
Upgrading your plan
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Upgrade plan or Change plan.
- Select the plan you want.
- Enter or confirm your payment details.
- Confirm the upgrade.
Plan upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Cancelling your plan
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Cancel plan or Manage subscription.
- Follow the cancellation steps.
When you cancel, your plan continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free tier. Your data is not deleted.
Invoices
Past invoices are listed at the bottom of the Settings > Billing page. Each invoice shows the date, amount, and plan. Click Download to save a PDF copy for your records.
Changing your payment method
On the billing page, click Update payment method to add a new card or replace an existing one. CrafterBy uses Stripe to process payments; your card details are stored by Stripe and not on CrafterBy's servers.
